Who is this Conference for?

The 2024 NextGen Conference is geared towards teens, young adults, and those who are involved in kids, youth, college, and young adult ministries. Our theme of “Kaleo: Discovering God’s Irrevocable Calling” is relevant and accessible to most age groups, ranging from young teens to seasoned pastors who are looking to grow in connecting with today’s young generation and aid them in pursuing their unique calling.  

What is included in my Registration Fee?

1. Admission to the 2024 NextGen Conference (In-Person attendees will also have access to session and workshop recordings in addition to in-person sessions)

2. Two meals (dinner on Day 1, and lunch on Day 2)

3. One welcome package and unlimited friendship bracelets

4. Name lanyard and booklet

What if I can only come for a portion of the Conference?

We are glad to have you with us for any portion of time you are available! If you are only able for a portion of the Conference, you are welcome to come and go as you please. However, there is no discounted rate for those who are unable to attend the whole event.

I can no longer attend the Conference. Can I get a refund?

Please contact ifgfconfs.nextgen@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate your situation! You may cancel for a full refund until February 9, 2024. Any communicated cancellations following February 9th will result in a partial refund. “No Shows” will not be eligible to receive any type of refund.

What airport should I fly into if I am coming from out of town?

Ontario International Airport, Hollywood Burbank Airport, and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) are our most frequented airports. Traffic coming in and out of LAX tends to be difficult so we recommend flying into Ontario or Burbank if possible!

Where should I book lodging?

We have a hotel block at Doubletree by Hilton Hotel in Monrovia. Please go to this link and book with us by February 9, 2024 for exclusive discounts!

If you are traveling with a group, booking a local AirBnB can also be a great way to engage with your friends and save some money! 

Will you provide transportation?

We will not be providing transportation of any kind. Please arrange transportation on your own. Renting a car for your group will likely be very helpful and convenient as public transportation is not commonly used in our area. 

What if I or someone I know wants to register for Conference after registration closes on February 9, 2024?

Will food and drinks be provided?

We will provide dinner on Day 1, and lunch on Day 2. In addition, there will be snacks and drinks available. If you have a reusable water bottle, bring it! We have water stations around the building and want to make sure you stay hydrated! You will be responsible for your own breakfast and dinner on Day 2.

What merchandise is available for purchase?

Crewnecks, tote bags, and stickers will be available for purchase at our front desk, while supplies last! We accept Zelle, Venmo, online payment via PushPay, or cash.

I already pre-ordered a sweatshirt. How and when can I pick it up?

Thank you for pre-ordering a crewneck with us! When you check-in, a member of our team will have documentation that you have placed a pre-order. You will be prompted to make your payment with Zelle, Venmo, online payment via PushPay, or cash. 

I have already chosen a workshop but I have decided that I want to attend a different one. Can I do that?

If you would like to move to a different workshop, please check with a Conference Staff member to see if we have space in-person. If seats are unavailable for your desired workshop, you can join through Zoom via our website, using the login information that was provided upon online registration. 

When is IFGF Los Angeles - Monrovia’s Sunday Service?

Conference is only from Friday to Saturday. If you will be in town on Sunday, we would love to have you join our service at IFGF LA - Monrovia. Our service is at 10:30am PST. 

We also have a service at 4:30pm PST in our West LA campus at 2022 Broadway, Santa Monica, CA 90404.
